Shipping policy

Order Preparation & Fulfillment Time

All products are made to order through our U.S. partners. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it typically takes 3–5 business days to prepare and fulfill the order (this includes printing, production, and quality checks).

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays or high-demand seasons), fulfillment may take slightly longer. We'll notify you if any significant delays are expected.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, and once the order ships, you'll get a tracking number (where available).

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, your order is handed over to our U.S. shipping carriers. Delivery times begin once the order has shipped and depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping — Usually takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment for domestic U.S. orders.
  • Express Shipping (available for select products and locations) — Usually takes 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time (fulfillment + shipping) — 6–9 business days on average with Standard; potentially 4–8 business days with Express.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, product types, and/or selected shipping method. We use flat-rate or carrier-calculated pricing. Multiple items in one order may qualify for combined shipping discounts.

Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking information. You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Important Notes

  • We ship from multiple fulfillment centers in the United States to optimize speed and cost.
  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with claims through our fulfillment partners.
