We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high – that way we can offer you amazing items at the lowest possible price. And the earth seems to like it too!

Because of this – we offer a 100% guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition as you ordered. If it doesn’t, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund. 

Because we are a made to order business, replacements and refunds are only accepted in the above situations. We partner with the best fulfillment partners and take care to ensure you’ll love all our items, and we thank you for your support!

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please send your request via email to help@kairnu.life with your order number and photos of the item you received within 30 days of the item delivery date. If you request a refund and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please reach out.
