Because everything is custom-made, we only issue replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. We guarantee 100% that your item will arrive in perfect condition—if it doesn’t, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery:

2. Include: Your order number and clear photos of the item you received.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
